This Privacy Notice, prepared within the scope of the ” Obligation to Inform” imposed on the Data Controller by the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, concerns the personal data of individuals who are members, visit, and use www.ekalfam.com.tr. Who and for What Purpose Personal Data Can Be Transferred To:

Our priority is not to transfer or disclose your personal data. However, the personal data of our website members, visitors, and users may be transferred to the following recipients and for the specified purposes:

  • If necessary or upon request, for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations in accordance with the relevant legislation, to the relevant public institutions and organizations, to our business partners, and suppliers for the conduct of our commercial activities.
  • For the purpose of conducting the marketing processes of products/services, it will be transferred to the company we work with for email sending, the integrator company we work with for message management system integration, and Message Management System Inc.
  • For the purpose of tracking legal processes, it may be shared with our lawyers as required under the obligation of confidentiality.
  • For the purpose of conducting financial and/or accounting affairs in the collection of fees for products and services, it may be shared with notaries, execution offices, and/or courts if necessary.

Method of Collecting Personal Data:

Your personal data is obtained through both automated and non-automated methods to fulfill the purposes mentioned above. In this context, the Data Subject may provide personal data by:

  • Sending an email, making a phone call, subscribing to the newsletter, visiting the website,
  • Completing the form under the “Contact” tab on www.ekalfam.com.tr and submitting information to us,
  • Entering information into the system by the individual who is a member of the Kalfam Platform.

Other Rights of the Data Subject as Specified in Article 11 of the Law:

As the data subject, within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,

• To request information if your personal data has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with this purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or abroad,

• To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request that the correction be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, even if they have been processed in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and to request that this be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

• To object to the occurrence of a result against yourself by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automated systems,

• In case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data, to request the remedy of the damage.

Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK are reserved, and you can submit requests related to these rights by preferably completing all the information specified in the Data Subject Application Form on our website:

• By personally coming to our Company at Huzur Mah. Fatih Cad. 4. Levent Plaza No:67 İç Kapı No: 17 Sarıyer/Istanbul,

• In writing, through a notary or by registered mail, to identify yourself and prevent misinformation,

• By sending an email to [email protected] from the secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified by you and registered in our systems.

In addition to the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK, if you have given explicit consent for the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

Retention Period of Personal Data:

Your personal data will be stored in our systems for a period of 5 years from the date you provided your information to the Company, unless you make any updates.

Changes and Updates:

This Privacy Notice has been prepared within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and relevant legislation. Changes may be made to this Privacy Notice as required by the relevant legal regulations and/or changes in the Company’s purposes and policies for processing personal data.
